Question 1

What exactly is cold brew concentrate?

Accepted Answer

It's coffee steeped slowly in cold water, then filtered — brewed strong on purpose. You dilute it yourself, so one jar makes many drinks and always tastes fresh.

Question 2

Do you sell milk, creamer, or ready-to-drink bottles?

Accepted Answer

No. We make black cold brew concentrate only. No dairy, no non-dairy milks, no pre-mixed ready-to-drink cans or bottles. You add whatever you like at home.

Question 3

What sizes do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer three sizes: 32 oz for first-time customers or lighter coffee drinkers, 64 oz (Half Gallon) for everyday coffee drinkers, and 128 oz (Gallon) for households, offices, or serious coffee drinkers.

Question 4

How strong is it, and how do I mix it?

Accepted Answer

Start with 1 part concentrate to 2 parts water or ice. Some folks go 1:3, some go 1:1. There's no wrong ratio.

Question 5

How long does it last?

Accepted Answer

Unopened and refrigerated, about 3 weeks. Once opened, enjoy it within 14 days for the best flavor.

Question 6

How does the jar deposit work?

Accepted Answer

Our concentrate comes in real glass. Your first order includes a one-time $5 jar deposit. Bring back your clean Smith House jar with your next order, and you will not be charged another jar deposit.

Question 7

Do I have to return the jars?

Accepted Answer

Nope. Keep them if you love them — the deposit covers the glass. But we'd love to reuse them.

Question 8

Where do I pick up?

Accepted Answer

Pickup is Sundays, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, at Disclosed address upon order confirmation. Orders are due by Friday at 6:00 PM.

Question 9

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Yes — locally in Texarkana and surrounding areas within 20 miles. The fee depends on distance and starts at $2. Orders over $60 deliver free.

Question 10

Do you ship?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. We're a local, small-batch operation — pickup and local delivery only for now.

Question 11

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Anytime, with no fee. Sign in to your account and use the Cancel button on your subscriptions page, or send us a message before the weekly order deadline.

Question 12

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No — you can check out as a guest. But if you create an account with the same email you order with, you can sign in anytime to see your orders and subscriptions, check their status, and cancel when you need to.
